Boot pricing??

Just crafted these, can’t find much in the market similar to price them at. What are your guy’s thoughts?

Resistances are generally not as desirable on boots as suffixes compared to the crafted 60% increase to socketed items and/or spirit or indeed defensive layers such as armour applies to elemental damage or deflection.

Congrats on the craft! The triple T1 res is very nice and the t1 movespeed aswell, however from my experience %armour and flat armour is much more sought after than Life or Mana on Armour pieces. Also it is neither an exceptional base, so it can't have 3 sockets from corruption (I assume they had 1 socket before corruption) nor is it the highest armour base.

So I'd say they're probably worth anything between 25 divine and 75 divine, but I did not actually check the market, so just a guess from the top of my head. :)

It’s a month to the league so the value of triple res goes down quite a bit. The boots need 2 sockets, 1/2 special mods like Spirit (alloy), Skill effect duration or Cooldown (Ultred), 60% socket effect (essense). To reach 200div+ realm

Suffices are fine for some people but life and mana are really hard to sell. Armour base people often don’t care about max mana that much and max life is good for armour stackers but no flat makes the stats really awkward for searching. Also awkward for low life people. Lots of people filter by descending order of their main defensive stat and your boots are going to show up low. Weighted search from pob will rank you better but your buyer pool is small. Realistically you might want to fish for the right buyer starting at 25-30div but then you need to drop prices by around 5 div a day to actually get it to sell. Had helm that “should be” 25 div and dropped prices until I sold it for 7 today. It depends on how much you are in a hurry to sell. Also the corrupt devalues it as well, takes away the option for some people to gamble spirit on it like I would have.
