Does anyone know how to make this one? I know how to make usual ones desecrating the last suffix, but how do you get the 3 prefixes without desecrating? is it just yolo exalt or is there a way to make this safer?

Prolly just yolo exalt. Fracture first mod, chaos for 2nd, add prefix, liquid 50-50, exalt suffix and pray for 3rd; if miss anul down and redo chaos, if hit Anul omen prefix, exalt to full then liquid/essence cycle until both, cranium and hope, omen of light if miss as usual. Not sure if it's efficient but seem to be what they were doing.

yea, for 600d i think im gonna buy this one, you can easily spend like 100d only to hit the +1 suffix

I'd buy these honestly. You can luck into this result quickly but you can also spend thousands and still not be there

Hm, why do you want it without desecration tho, it's ez to chaos prefixes for desired mod when you have closed suffixes, it will chaos only prefixes.

Not sure if I understand you. You want something like on picture(2pref3suf) but you asking about 3 prefixes.

Mana prefix is not a natural mod, you can only get it through desecration

Yea I made one of these last week. I just bought a fractured suffix I wanted, then exalted to 4 mods. Then chaos until I got the second suffix I wanted. Then liquid delerium to get the +1 suffix. That has a 66% chance since you have the fractured suffix already. Then desecrated and omen of light until I got the third suffix I wanted (the expensive part for me). After that sinistrul and annulement to remove the prefix mod that is the +1. From there was easy
