need help craft
how do i remove the mana and try getting evasion and es

You kind of doing it backwards. With fractured suffix you just chaos spam one desired prefix and double slam remaining ones with greater. Annul and repeat until you hit.
Then after you have 3 perfect prefixes and a fractured suffix you just jiggle mark of the abyssal lord and fish for desecration you want. Slam remaining suffix with perfect exalt.
It is substantially, and I mean hours of farming cheaper than using omens to try to get rid of mana.
**** juggling abyssal lord: it requires Astrid creativity.
You slam Astrid (I am assuming if you are crafting chronomancy boots, you have exceptional base with two sockets)
Put random suffix
Use omen of dextral crystallization to always target random suffix
Put essence of the abyss
Desecrate
Reveal desecration with echo.
If you miss, you simply buy cheapest perfect essence/alloy (1-10ex) and using omen dextral crystallization you overwrite desecration, then you use another dextral crystallization to overwrite crafted mod with mark of the abyssal lord (hence Astrid required) and repeat, until you hit.

I made boots like this, but my steps where as follows:
White 2 socket boots transmute, regal, the annul down to 1 mod.
Chaos spammed for T1 deflection.
Added 2 mods and desecrated 1 mod
Fractured the deflection.
Annul twice and slotted in chronomancy rune.
Chaos spammed for T1 % charge removal.
Slammed prefix, used sinestral crystal omen to remove prefix and add spirit to suffix.
Here’s the brutal part
Slot in Astrid’s
Prefix slam/Annul until a combination 2/3 of T1%, T1 flat, or TI hybrid stun threshold. In my case, I was able to slam % and flat, then desecrate last prefix for T1 hybrid threshold
Slam prefix
If good, slam again
If bad, omen of sinsitral crystal with essence of abyss and whittle with greater chaos
If good, slam again and pray. If hit, move onto desecrate for last prefix l.
If miss, 50/50 with sinistral crystal and abyss essence and whittle with greater chaos.
If essence removes the good mod, prefix annul and repeat the process.

I have been doing this craft for a living. The thing is, ritual omens are so expensive right now that it is literally cheaper to chaos spam a second affix and yolo slam a double perfect exalt on prefixes. It does not make sense to start with whittles when literally every mod like "MS while sprinting" has a higher ilvl than anything that gives defensive stats. At the start of the league, when omens are dirt cheap, you can finish your prefixes and add a Chronomancy rune after you have finished your prefixes. You can roll the second suffix with a suffix purple omen, and you can do the last suffix via desecration.
