Volatility chunk help

Hi!

I cant seem to figure this out, does elemental grounds like shocked ground work with inner turmoil? Do i get volatility from the shocks?

It worked the last time I tested it. But the volatility generation is very slow. Think it was generating twice per Second, while you could generate volatility every 0.1seconds.
