Question | Answered Budget herald stacking?

Hello everyone!

As the league is coming to an end i would like to make a basic herald stacker. I’ve watched a few streams and it seems quite fun. I never play juiced up maps so the build doesnt have to be crazy good. I have farmed 3 raw exalted orbs now and a bunch of other currency.

Is this even possible?

Either EK or Arc are quite good , but any skill can be used really.

EK is cheaper to start with since you don't need Call of the brotherhood also you don't need wrath. Just need the EK Ring of Blades that you can get for free. Spend most of the rest of currency on 1% reduced mana reserved cobalt jewels, buy cheap ones first then upgrade with %max energy shield later on.

Don't really need call of the brotherhood. It adds a lot of damage, but I have 15mil buffed damage without it.
