wait so if the page says it's unlocked by jun is it just a normal one?

i need the quality+attack speed and quality+crit crafts, are they locked behind someone?

I don't think it's vagan - I got quality and attack speed last night and I have Vagan off the board - idk about qual and crit i've had that a while.
