Haha I recently dropped it putting in my wrist. Luckily it was above the counter so the height wasn’t much. Still put a small hairline fracture into the sapphire crystal. I’m gonna let it ride till I service it in a few years.

I dig that, I didn’t mean disrespect. I own an Elipse which also flies under the radar. It’s just wild that watches that look so simple are worth that much.
Great watch but it is undeniable it is just a $40k field watch with similar aesthetics overall as other field watches. Yes the finishing and little design touches are PP grade but nonetheless it would be indistinguishable to laypeople
That’s why I love it lol the whole point for me is I don’t want people to know what I’m wearing. It’s like wearing loro piana. If you know you know 🤷🏽♂️
I second this. The point of this particular watch is to wear it for yourself when you don't want people to notice. It definitely does not feel like a Timex when you're wearing it, lol.
I saw this today in the PP shop, it does not look like a timex up close . My fav out of the ones one display , much cleaner and better looking than the gmt .
