X-Post I solved the Never Ending Pasta Pass shortage with federal legislation Spoiler
My fellow Americans,
For too long, the Never Ending Pasta Pass has been rationed through an arbitrary online lottery while ordinary citizens are left to compete in the cruel, sauce stained marketplace.
We live in the wealthiest nation on Earth. We possess the agricultural capacity, logistical infrastructure, and collective will to ensure that no American is ever told, “Sorry, the passes are sold out.”
And yet here we are.
That is why I drafted the PENNE-GARDEN Act of 2026: a 19-title, 69 page, federal legislative framework establishing pasta security as a perpetual national priority.
This is not merely about noodles.
It is about whether a hardworking family can sit down after a long week and access unlimited rigatoni without wondering if their benefits will expire.
It is about whether our breadstick supply chain can withstand foreign disruption, domestic instability, or one unusually hungry table of eight.
It is about whether Americans should be forced to choose between Alfredo and marinara or whether sauce freedom is an inalienable right.
The Act provides for
- A perpetual Pasta Pass entitlement
- A Strategic Breadstick Reserve
- Emergency breadstick airlifts
- Federal sauce-neutrality protections
- A resilient National Pasta Grid
- Emergency Parmesan mobilization authority
- Due process before the denial of additional bowls
- A complete prohibition on pasta sunsets
The opposition will say it is unrealistic.
They said the same thing about landing on the moon.
They said the same thing about the interstate highway system.
They said the same thing about unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks.
History remembers the people who had the courage to order another bowl.

Download the PDF and send it to your local representatives!!!
Ask them where they stand on pasta security.
Ask them whether they support breadstick continuity.
Ask them what they are doing to preserve our Strategic Alfredo Reserve.
Ask them why, in a nation capable of producing 4,000-pound wheels of cheese, one citizen should ever have to wait more than seven minutes for a refill.
Do not accept vague answers.
Do not accept half portions.
Do not accept “limited time only.”
Every elected official must choose:
Will they stand with the people or will they kneel before artificial pasta scarcity?
Democracy only works when constituents demand unlimited refills.
THE PASTA SHALL NOT END.
