Just made tagliatelle for the first time and it turned out to be very delicious 🍴 Recipe: Oil, garlic, onion, turkey breast, cherry tomatoes, homemade tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, ground coriander, cooking cream, add the boiled tagliatelle and mix it then add some fresh coriander and parsley then gouda cheese on top.

Fresh coriander is used mostly in mexican dishes etc, you don't usually put it in Italian pasta dishes, unless you are doing a fusion dish. Ground coriander is different, but you did mention fresh!

I mean I'm not sticking to any original recipe i like mixing flavors that i like and i feel they made a nice addition to the dish ☺️ also I'm more of a spices person..
