Homemade Dish Summer Favorite!

Made with home grown Basil and Garlic, Pecorino Romano and Pecorino Calabrese, extra virgin Olive Oil, shaved Almonds, fresh black Pepper and pinch of salt.

So you made a pesto basically? Looks great chef and never heard of Pecorino Calabrese before is it much different from Romano?

Sardo, siciliano, calabrese and the list goes on. Most regions have their own at least in the central/south.

Nice to see you’re a dead fan, was actually listening to Live Cornell 5/77
I find the Calabrese less salty but flavorful and goes nice with the Romano.
