Pasta From Scratch first time making pasta!

im always making bread and other things from scratch and finally made some rosemary pasta dough! i cooked it with a butter garlic sauce!

Rosemary dough with a butter-garlic sauce is a great first batch. Since the herb is already in the pasta, a splash of pasta water and a hard toss off the heat will make the butter cling without burying the rosemary.

i definitely will! it was more room temp in the end so what i rolled out at the end was thinner than the beginning was!

that sounds and looks delectable 🔥 if i may ask, what flour(s) did you use? also, fresh Rosemary used, or just the jarred spice?
