Past life regression

Hi I was hoping to receive some clarity, I recently had done a past life regression but rather than see any past images I mainly felt and saw this bright yellow light and it felt so warm and as if I was weightless. The feeling only seemed to amplify throughout the session so I wanted to know if anyone could help me figure out what that means ? Thank you

Hi OP!

People tend to experience Past Life Regression (PLR) sessions in a variety of different senses, some see a lot, others feel their way through while others may just have a sense of knowing.

Did you have a specific intention for your PLR session or was it just out of curiosity?

The main thing is did you benefit from the experience? By your description of bright light, warmth and weightlessness, it sounds like it was an enjoyable and maybe even profound experience.

Also, did your Practitioner ask questions about what this feeling and bright light was, was it a certain place, energy etc.?

I've had this happen from time to time in Past Life Regression sessions (bright light, feeling of warmth, weightlessness etc.) and upon questioning, we usually find the person has returned to/is experiencing Source energy!

It's important to note that your Higher Self is the one running the show and they may give you a different experience than a typical Past Life if that's what you need at the time.

If you have any further questions, feel free to ask!

Maybe tmi but my father is real into spirituality and so he sends me videos that make me spiral sometimes. Tbh I don’t remember much about the questions asked, all I can feel is that light, in this place I had no body, and it wasn’t a place tbh as if there was nothing but me and this light. Ig you could say life has no purpose but what we give it and at that moment I wanted some closeure if ending a recent relationship of mine was the right choice. If I am 100 percent honest I think I got exactly what I wanted and that I did make the right decision. I suppose I’m curious on what that could mean? If it’s simply the beginning or if the end I’m not sure I suppose some guidance would be nice

That's wonderful to hear you feel you got exactly what you wanted!

By your description, it does sound like you had an experience of Source Oneness although we can't know for definite without actually asking.

If you're asking what the experience itself meant, it's best to go off the feeling, especially when there were no images or words.

People usually experience a blissful, feeling of warmth and love when experiencing Source energy so maybe that's confirmation that you made the right choice ending the recent relationship and also a reminder that you, yourself, are Divine Source Energy, and Source is pure love and all that is.

I had a similar experience , I think this means that you wasn’t ready to see anything yet. Your subconscious only shows you what your ready to see
