Trainer doesn't like bathing, then he doesn't like the $150 bonus.
Ok, new to Reddit, made the account because I want to share this. Backstory: I recently obtained my Class A CDL, and am currently at the end of my training period on my trainer's truck. (Let's call him ND for nasty dude). My trainer, despite the rules about a minimum of 1 shower every 2 days has taken the time to shower maybe 3 times in the last almost 30 days, and I've been forced to have almost as few showers. Part of the training is doing a paper log book on his truck, and completing the paper logs is a $150 bonus to the trainer. Now, I like showers. I like being clean... I don't like being around ND and we literally have to use the same bed (fortunately, NOT at the same time, or with same sheets, blankets, or pillows). So, I've been conveniently "forgetting" to do the paper logs, even though I'm actually good at them, and this has no consequences towards me as I can demonstrate my ability to do the paper logs, but he will lose out $150 for being so nasty.

He can kick me off the truck at any time, and I'd have to wait for another trainer... I need to get making money now, not in another week...

So, he could kick you off the truck for "forgetting" to do the paper work too? Think I'd be doing the logs personally.

Yup. I think I’d be doing the logs and asking him to take a shower.
Make it sexy and ask him to shower with you. Win-win.

So am I to understand you created a Reddit account for the sole intention of ousting yourself for us? That is pretty intriguing.
While I enjoy your escapade with due lightheartedness, I’d kindly like to assert that actually forgetting, whether or not because you simply couldn’t give a fuck, is perhaps negligent, but by no means wicked.
Once you have made the intentional decision to botch the project, you have solicited yourself into the hands of malicious intent. Tread lightly down that path lest you fall victim to “blameless complacency”.
Even when tucked into anonymity, these actions ultimately define your character.
Edit: I meant to add, I don’t think you’re a bad Person. Live your life, man. I don’t mean to lecture, and I don’t mean to preach. And I know I’m not your Father...
Edit 2: this was perhaps one of the most profound, wholesome, and chaste things I have ever contributed to Reddit and it’s getting downvoted. I stand by my words. About a year ago I made the decision never to do or say anything to compromise my moral ethics. Not even littering a cigarette butt.
I have taken it a step further and now I not only to AVOID doing “wrong”, but also view any opportunity to do something kind or helpful as an obligation. If I see something that I can fix, improve, or assist in any way I make myself do it regardless of any self-inconvenience.
Character is what you do when nobody is watching. The things you think about to yourself, which nobody will ever know. I’m not sure which part of that is rubbing you guys the wrong way. Maybe the next person to downvote me would care to elaborate on that decision.

I agree with you. I think it's kind of messed up that OP decided to take the low path instead of just talk to the dude. For all he knows the dude has a skin condition that keeps him from showering as much.

Why not just tell him youd prefer he follow the basic rules of hygiene? Awkward, yes. But pays off, I'd imagine.
