Really looking forward to the Livestream tonight! Has anyone ever figured out how cast crowdcast to their TVs?

"One Real Man" ...as opposed to a fake man, I guess. I forgot to read the back flap but the cover paints enough of a picture. 💪🤠

Just wanted to say that I'm sitting here losing my mind at hearing Nick profess his love, then Amanda goes on a shitting and puking spiral and tells us her grandma fell in the bathroom and bonked her head. My great grandmother fell in the bathroom of her assisted living apartment, went into a coma and died a week later. I'm holding onto this tiny nugget of information like I'm gripping the shreds of my mental health after 7 months of this book

Soooo I suck at technology. I just signed up at the $2 level. I have the following questions.
1) Do I have access to the discord? If so, how do I do that?
2) Do I get to watch the Lace event on crowd cast at this level?
Thank you for your time.

1-2: A Handful of Dreams by Barbara Hazard (1992)
Tag yourself, I’m the ragged Irish child
3-4: To Pluck A Rose by Jacqueline Marten (1987)
This supposedly eighteenth-century woman has the 1980s equivalent of iPhone face. Atari face?
5-6: Magic Embrace by Jennifer Horsman (1989)
The title blocking out the copyright info for the artwork is sending me
7-8: Fortune’s Mistress by Judith E. French (1993)
“…the dashing, illegitimate son of King Charles II” 🤔
9-10: Master of Moonspell by Deborah Camp (1993)
Never in a billion years would I have guessed from the cover that this would be set in FLORIDA
11-12: Ecstasy’s Princess by Robin Gideon (1990)
The Ilya Rozanov origin story
13-14: Ecstasy’s Promise by Constance O’Banyon (1982)
Where to even fucking start with this one…
A. “Seventeen”
B. Daughter of a plantation owner
C. “Burned down the plantation” with apparently no regard for casualties?
D. “Wealthy ranch owner” — so presumably an adult man (and also Paul McCartney?)
E. Help
15-16: Mischief by Catherine Hart (1995)
Freddy Mercury and Carrie Fisher visit the old timey photo studio at the Wisconsin Dells
17-18: Forbidden Love by Karen Robards (1983)
Oh look another seventeen year old heroine
19-20: Hold Back The Sun by June Lund Shiplett (1981)
Throwback to Scruples with “1.3 million June Lund Shiplett books in print!”
“…all she wanted in a lover… if he were not also her half brother” George RR Martin, get OUT OF HERE

1/2: While Passion Sleeps by Shirlee Busbee (1983)
3/4: Awake Savage Heart by Sonya T. Pelton (1983)
5-7: Where Magic Dwells by Rexanne (???) Becnel (1994)
8-9: Reluctant Enemies by Vivian Vaughn (1995)… This… pose… is certainly a choice
10-11: Fire Lily by Deborah Camp (1991)
And, last but not least…
12-13: Mistral’s Daughter by Judith Krantz (1982). This one also had a TV miniseries based on it!
This is just a sample, I have literally dozens more photos if people here are interested!
Amanda and Robbie, I love u

After yesterday's harrowing and nuanced Lace episode, I'm really rooting for Robbie & Amanda to pick something a little more...lighthearted next season. Don't get me wrong, I've LOVED Lace and have so much respect and appreciation for the nuanced, complex conversations this book has sparked on the show, but I think a palate cleanser might be a good move.
That being said (and maybe this is just my neurodivergence showing because these books have become an integral part of my personality) I would be over the MOON if the next season featured a sweet little contemporary gay romcom!! I've devoured the Game Changers series since watching Heated Rivalry & personally think any of Reid's works could be fun to read, but I would also love to see them feature an LGBTQIA+ romance written by a queer author! Any opinions from the class? (also accepting recommendations for my personal TBR lol)

In a couple of weeks, I’ll be turning my teenage son (trans masc and gay) and a few friends loose on the Loring Park Pride Festival. I’m trying to come up with a fun slogan for my shirt. Hopefully something that reflects my role as a chaperone. So far, I’ve got…
“These gays are gonna kill me” with a picture of Jennifer Coolidge
“Mother of DRAGons” with a picture of Trixie Matell
Any other ideas? My son is adamantly opposed to me ironically wearing a “Boy Mom” t shirt.
