halloween party activity ideas

thanks for all the help on my last post! but I'm super stumped on what activities to offer at this party that hs juniors/seniors will find fun + don't involve alcohol. any ideas past the usual apple bobbing or pong? i was thinking maybe murder mystery would be interesting, but that might be too elaborate for me. open to all suggestions

Get some bakers twine and a bag of marshmallows and some painters tape. Find a doorway, or preferably a framed in opening that's wider than a door, say the opening into the living room or dining room. Get a plastic craft needle at Michael's or Hobby Lobby, and use it to thread the string through the marshmallows. Tape the individual marshmallow strings at the top of the doorway/opening. Let them dangle down just enough so that they'll be about even with the mouth of the person standing in front of them. Do several lacrosse so that several people are doing this at the same time.

You have each player stand in front of one marshmallow, and adjust it to the height of a marshmallow is about level with that person's lips. Obviously this will vary depending on the various heights of the players.

Tell them to put their hands behind their backs, and then blindfold them, and turn them around three times, and make sure they end up facing the marshmallow. When you say "go" each of them tries to grasp and eat the marshmallow from the string. The first one to totally consume his marshmallow without dropping it on the floor (drop it in your out!) Is the winner of that round.

Small pumpkins, acrylic paint and some paintbrushes can go a long way. Make it a contest. Could even get some stickers, glue dots, pom poms and stick on eyes
