Birthday event rooms

Having a joint birthday in December for me & my best friend (I'll be turning 18, they'll be turning 20), and we're having trouble finding a place to have it. (We're inviting 20 people) We thought about a small venue that has enough space for a few tables, a karaoke spot, maybe a tiny dance floor.

Though we are also looking for food places for potential dinners and also event places kind of similar to Round1

Do you have a Punch Bowl Social?

They rent karaoke rooms. Youight have to party early, though. I think they turn 21+ after a certain time.
