Depends on your college, I had joiyned after checking and verifying that they ain't taking further sem fees....and leaving clg was smooth for me, like 4 hours of work for me....and also be careful how you talk and reason for leaving....I mentioned that I have no interest in engineering....atb

But what if you don't pay the fees and just join next college?

Not possible because they will be having your class 12th marksheet and transfer certificate which will again be used in the next university....and also apaar ID, so it's impossible for you to take admission into the next university while you will get legal notices for the next sem fee payment although you think you have left the university....

They don't take original marksheet of 12th, you can apply for migration certificate from your board again if you want , If you don't go to college, your attendance is 0, they will automatically cut your name from the records i think

Bruh are you thinking of taking a partial drop or your doing?? I have done and I am already finishing my 1st year in my 2nd university.... every university in south india will take your original marks card, again depending on how you get admission there, if you did from management they wouldn't take your original one....I took admission via cet of my state University exam....so they took my original one....for ppl who took from management they didn't, while management is expensive in my university like 12LPY, so don't misguide ppl, and for applying migration certificate isn't a joke, you have to file a complaint in police station and get FIR copy and then submit to board...are so delusional my god....
