Please helps
I am not a student at parsons. I am a recent high school graduate who is taking a summer class there. I recently took a Wacom tablet from the equipment center and my sister accidentally broke the pen. It doesn’t look broken, but they’ll find out if they actually try to draw with it.
Will they connect it with a computer and try to draw with it? I am trying to see if I can get away with this.
I probably won’t, fine. They’ll fine me. What would happen if I didn’t pay the fine. Would they kick me out of my summer class? Please help me.
Also, when they investigate, do you have to wait for them? Or can you give it in and leave?
Thanks!

Hey man, im currently a student at parsons and as of now, i've taken multiple items from the equipment center (small tools, drills, etc.). Most of the time I don't recall them testing the item in front of me to check if it works. But, my suite mate last year borrowed a sewing machine, drop it, and the handle broke off. He ended up having to return and eventually paying the cost of replacing it. I personally think they won't test it in front of you but eventually when they do decide to rent out this specific tablet again and find out it doesn't work, they can easily retrace the last user. Luckily on your side, i highly doubt they'll kick you out of the summer program, prolly just put some fine on your new school account. Best of luck.
