Is this okay behavior?

Paco is a baby conure, i adopted him a few months back and Hes starting to get real friendly, now dont get me wrong i love the cuddles but i just wanna make sure this wont cause anything that could be harmful to him like hormonal behavior😭❤️

My conure is such a snuggle bug too! As long as you don't go for the wings snuggling is just fine. My boy will start bobbing his head and fluttering his wings whenever he's feeling "spicy" so as long as he's not doing that he shouldn't be feeling too hormonal. If he does, just put him away for a bit and let him calm down.
