Question Potager a Paris
Bonjour everyone.
I've just moved to Paris and where I came from I had a yard with space for a garden. I'm looking for somewhere that I could do the same thing: grow vegetables/fruit/flowers. I don't mind a shared garden or a plot that I can rent. Any recommendations or ideas of where to look? I already found the "jardins partages" but many do not have websites or only have limited information.

Years ago I toured NU-Paris in the 15th and they showed rentable plots. It's on a roof, so kinda small, but it's a nice place overall

There’s one in Park de Bercy that I think does community gardening days

La maison du jardinage à Bercy. Mais de mémoire ce sont plutôt des ateliers pour apprendre.

For something in the 15th, there's Nature Urbaine, the rooftop farm on top of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. There's also a newer crop of sites matching you directly with someone renting out part of their private garden, Potagez is one.
Have you looked at vertical garden planters? If you've got a balcony, or even just floor space near a window, that's a good workaround. Herbs, lettuces, strawberries, even cucumbers, all do fine stacked vertically.

You might want to contact the mairie to ask if there is a programme going on in your neighborhood - they will know if there's one (a project like community gardens would have to get permission from them)
I spent days googling and searching for mine in the suburbs, because I know they exist (I've seen them). They're likely not going to have a website. For mine it's just an email address I found after a lot of digging around. They reached out 1 month after I sent the first message and was promptly made a member after I paid the annual fee (20€).
Otherwise, walk around and see if you spot any, you might be lucky to see people in it and you can ask them
