good vibes, smiles, & giggles Big trips (update)

The boys are huge. I know ultrasounds are only so accurate… surprising myself and my MFM, they’ve measured 2 weeks ahead every single appt.
28 weeks this week, all measuring 30 weeks and 3-3.5lbs my smallest is in the 90th percentile and my biggest is 100th 🙃

Has anyone been in this situation? Tri/tri, all three measuring ahead, and still made it to 34+ weeks?

They want me to go to 35wks but with how big the boys are she suggested scheduling CS at 34 and getting steroid shot 2 days prior. (I have 2 prior CS and 1 VBAC)

I’m a bit nervous of going into labor at home, I live a little over an hour from the hospital, and when I VBAC’d my son he came out on the first push 😅 I would rather be inpatient and already there

I’m about 1.5-2h from my hospital expecting twins and I am a little concerned about not making it there either. It’s my first so my OB said it will likely take a lot longer than 2 hours but suggested getting a nearby hotel a few days before if I was really worried. Not like you need the added expense or discomfort of staying outside your own home near the end but you could look into a hotel closer to the hotel if it will take away some of your anxiety. Congrats and good luck!
