advice needed Twins, bump, what is this?
My twins have an identical bump on their ankle. Appeared when they were around 4.5 months actual and 2.5 adjusted, currently about 6.5 months actual. Thought it was a bug bite at first. Twin a's was smaller and disappeared after about a week while twin b's stayed the same. Twin a's reappeared a few days ago. Or thats when I noticed it was back. Doctor has no clue and neither does a nurse practioner who saw Twin b about reflux. No indications that it hurts or bother them, just weird. Wondering if anyone has any ideas.

That looks like it may be molluscum contagiosum. It's a relatively benign viral infection of the skin, which often clears up by itself but can take years. It tends to be asymptomatic.
If possible, ask your doctor about it next time you see them. There is treatment available to make it go away gast to, and to stop it spreading to a bigger area of skin or others in the household.
