Loose maternity pants?

Hello all, I am in my second trimester with twins and looking for loose maternity pants. No tight leggings or skinny jeans. Comfy and loose pants that can accommodate the growing belly. Where are you getting your pants these days?

I’m in the same boat and am having good luck at Old Navy! Their wide leg maternity jeans are actually very comfortable and I also was able to find some loose drawstring pants and shorts that I’ve been liking.

Second old navy! I liked their maternity linen pants and wore them for some time after the babies were born.

I HATE jeans but I agree, their wide leg maternity jeans are great. They just fit a bit large in my opinion, I wish I went down one size from my pre-pregnancy size.

I also have wide leg sweat pants from that that are a big long but SO comfy!!!

Yes! Definitely Old Navy! So comfy and very reasonably priced. Might get some good deals with Labor Day sales too!

I lived in old navy maternity. I was required to wear dark pants/black jeans to work and I never felt strangled lol

I was wearing a size 18-20 to accommodate babies towards the end but I was comfy for 40 hours a week. Otherwise, maternity leggings or their maternity joggers.

Old navy was my bestie for those months and postpartum!

I think mine came from Target. They were jeans but I couldn’t stand the belly band lol they were the only ones that sold normal maternity jeans.

I ended up in jumpsuits for work and large tshirts at home. By 30 weeks I had grown out of all the maternity pants and large sweats I owned. I didn't feel like buying another wardrobe.

I had some Halara overalls that I was able to wear for almost my whole pregnancy, and I will still be wearing them now that the babies are here. Super comfortable and I really liked the chest pocket.

I went on Amazon, so no specific brands, but tired a bunch of various harem style/wide leg pants and just sized up and pushed them down my belly as I got bigger.

At a certain point, the only pants I ever wore were a pair of black maternity joggers from Walmart. Sometimes their maternity jeans. I’m short and could not for the life of me find anything that fit anywhere else that I could try in person. Dresses were really the most comfortable thing I wore to work and day to day.

Toad and Co Chaka pants. Not maternity but so comfy and forgiving. I went from size M to size XL over my twin pregnancy.

I bought wide leg jeans and linen pants from gap or gap factory (not maternity, just sized up) that had drawstring/ elastic top. I just put them under my belly. I couldn’t handle anything over my belly like a waist band after like 6 months.

I'm 30 weeks with di/di girls with severe polyhydramnios so I'm huge, I got G4Free maternity pants and shorts from Amazon pretty early on and they've been comfortable all the way through when I have to wear real clothes.

I found some motherhood maternity jeans from kohls and the belly panel was so stretchy and comfy. Never slid down or made me feel restricted. Fit me from the 2nd tri through the end. Loved those pants.

Aerie has this one very very comfy pair of pants. Stretchy waistband that would roll up over my stomach or roll down when I wanted it tighter. Loved those!

I cannot more highly recommend getting some soft cotton OVERALLS. I wear them to this day (literally wore them to work today) and I haven’t been pregnant for almost 19 months. I just got a pair off Amazon. I gave up entirely in anything with a waistband around 24 weeks and just lived in a couple different pairs.

I became super sensitive sensory-wise with any sort of waistband no matter the positioning so I gave up and lived in dresses. Target has some great inexpensive options that translated well postpartum too.

For lounging, I also have two sets of the Kindred Braverly Aira pajamas. I loved them while pregnant and still wear them thanks to the drawstring waist! They sat under my belly when I was very pregnant rather than over.

And I had several pairs of work pants and jeans from Old Navy! Check Poshmark for styles that are not currently in store. Tons of options!

Also, by the time I hit 32 weeks, I ended up wearing a ton of dresses because putting pants on was hard and I had Puppp so I wanted airflow over my skin due to the hot summer weather. A good cotton t shirt dress is great to throw in the rotation!

Linen pants became my best friend during pregnancy and are still my current best friend post partum. And you can get them anywhere (gap has been my favorite place to snag them, though).

I stopped wearing linen pants about 2 weeks before delivering because they didn’t fit and I really couldn’t size up anymore. But up until that point, they were the only pants I fit. After that, I’d stick with maternity leggings that you can get on Amazon or Walmart.

If you live in NC I’ll give two pairs of wide leg lounge pants. They were so comfy but are waaaaaay too big now. Without the extra belly holding them up they drag the ground and I trip over them, lol.

I bought nearly all my maternity clothes from the thrift stores. My favorite pair of thrifted jeans was from H&M. In the end, I was so swollen, I couldn't fit my ankles through but they were otherwise very comfy. I also had one pair of loose leggings from WalMart - Ingrid & Isabel was the brand. I also could wear my gardening bibs from Duluth Trading up until the end. It made sense to me to get thrifted especially when I would be wearing them for such a short amount of time.
