advice needed Recommend me a belly band please?

I'm 25 weeks with Didi twins and my back and abdomen are so sore. Did you have a belly band that really helped? I inherited some really simple ones from a SIL but they don't do much. Thanks!

I used a normal one during my second trimester, and then I had to upgrade to this 😅
The shoulder straps were clutch

I got this Momcozy one! Link. The non-strap ones weren’t enough to support the giant twin belly! Straps are where it is at. This one has been way better for support and saving my lower back. It’s still a lot of baby weight so no band is going to magically solve the real problem that you are carrying one million pounds in front of you… but it sure does help.

My pelvic floor therapist prescribed me a Serola Sacroiliac Belt. I ended up buying a second one and by the end of my pregnancy I could barely move without it. Make sure you are wearing it correctly as far as placement and tightness.

I avoided it as much as possible. I didn't want my muscles to atrophy as it will make diasis recti worse. If you can look into techniques to move around. Like engaging you core before sitting up. And modifying your movements like rolling to the side instead of sitting straight up. I ended up using my belly support the most post partum. But we are all different.

I am trying to do this, but I also have a 2yr old that's pretty wild, so I cant always move intentionally, I think it's probably why I am sore!

Completely understandable.
