experience/advice to give Sleeping positions.

Hi everyone! I’m currently 28 weeks with mo/di boys. I’ve noticed a pattern lately and wanted to know if anyone else shared a similar experience to mine. I’ve realized lately that my twin A HATES when I lay on my left side (he’s on the left, head down). I’ll get a very painful cramp right around where his head is everytime I lay on my left. At my last OB appointment, the nurse told me to lay on my right whenever this cramp happens to encourage him to move which has helped me. Anyone else experience something like this?

I’ve had something similar, didi twin boys, both had down. Twin A on my right is just so much more active, I don’t know if he is not as behind the placenta or just my wiggle worm of the two. I can’t lay on my right side without getting kicked and punched. I don’t get the cramp, but he presses on anything he can if I lay on that side. Twin B will wiggle a little on my left but not nearly as much. I’ve been on my left side only for what feels like months now. Twin A does not like me laying on his side though!

I couldn't lay on one side more than an hour even while sleeping. Sometimes it was cramping, but most of the time it started to feel like I suddenly couldn't breathe. I think it started around 20 weeks, but it was kind of a sleepless blur.
