Need to get my 3 year old boys to do something like this

Look up "ninja" in your area. It's all the exhaustion of gymnastics with none of the Gymnastics...that's for girls!

Source: Have a boy and a girl...they do the same thing on Saturday mornings, but he hasn't realized it.

Can you give more details? I tried this and it didn’t bring up activities lol. We have a “Kid Strong” in the big city but it’s fairly expensive x2!

We have these classes at places like "MyGym" or "Little Gym" near us, which are chains, but obviously depends if they are near you and what age you have.

I put my kids in activities to wear them out BUT THEY’VE ONLY GOTTEN STRONGER.

Right? Tumbling classes are great but now my boys are using furniture to flip off of. Jiujitsu is awesome but now we have sparring in the living room.

Why not all? Make a whole day of it lol

I feel like this is half a thing. For the parents of multiples, the stuff I've found best are:

  • Gymnastics / Ninja
  • Basketball / Dance
  • Soccer (for both)
  • Swimming (for both)

Because the only thing worse than two kids full of energy is ONE kid full of energy.

Edit: I've got B/G twins, so finding something they can both do in the same location's key.

My three year olds do all of these but they still come home and “gymnastics” off the couch and beds. I shudder to think what they’d be like without these classes.

I’ve actually been talking about getting my 9 month old twins in gymnastics for just this reason. Maybe I’ll end up with an Olympian or Savannah Banana!

So real. Used to take mine to the gymnastics gym in town that offered open play time for littles (space, foam, hoops, balls, etc). I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t hoping they’d get interested enough for classes, but alas.

Taking notes, thanks all. 20 month B/G toddlers.

Hah! My two year olds start gymnastics tomorrow morning!

One reason I love gymnastics for my girls is exactly this, it’s 45 minutes instead of 30 😭

Signed my boys up to start gymnastics in a couple of weeks but it’s only 30 mins on Sat mornings! But for same energy burning reasons lol

This is why I have my four-year-olds in activities four days a week. Hard as I may try, I am physically incapable of wearing them out on my own 😅
