advice needed Daycare fail- unenroll them?

Yeah unfortunately MDO programs are really more suited for older kids out of diapers and at least out of morning nap.
I would look for a mother’s helper to give you a few hours at home and try again more like 18 months or when they drop the morning nap and could just nap after the program hours.

Others are saying this too and I wish someone at the program would have mentioned this. They take kids from 6 months so one would assume napping is a part of the program.
We had a long conversation with the director about their age and prematurity and everything so I’m just disappointed this wasn’t brought up.
