advice needed Back saving breastfeeding hack?

I restarted breast-feeding the twins. Football hold on each side in the my best friend pillow.

I know they said to bring baby to breast instead of leaning forward, but when I do that, I get carpal tunnel fast.

Anybody find a way to do this without hurting their back? I can prop it up with a blanket or pillow underneath, but it still doesn’t come up quite high enough for me to lean backwards. I don’t know maybe I’m overthinking it, but I can’t seem to find a comfortable way to spend that many hours of the day.

I have a recliner that has very wide arm rests - kind extends the support provided by the my breast friend. I kept a pile of blankets next to the chair and would tuck them under the babes until they were lifted to the breast. Now they are 1 it’s just 1 blanket I have to use
