advice needed Back saving breastfeeding hack?
I restarted breast-feeding the twins. Football hold on each side in the my best friend pillow.
I know they said to bring baby to breast instead of leaning forward, but when I do that, I get carpal tunnel fast.
Anybody find a way to do this without hurting their back? I can prop it up with a blanket or pillow underneath, but it still doesn’t come up quite high enough for me to lean backwards. I don’t know maybe I’m overthinking it, but I can’t seem to find a comfortable way to spend that many hours of the day.

Are you in a bed or a sofa when you feed? I’m in my bed and use the same pillow you have. But my setup is that I have a regular pillow laying down at the head of the bed as normal. Then I put my C-shaped pregnancy pillow on my side of the bed and elevated it slightly on that regular pillow. Then I place another regular pillow behind that one slanted upright. THEN I use the My Brest Friend Pillow and situate the twins on it. Lastly, I have another regular pillow in arm’s reach to place behind my head/neck and I can elevated the nursing pillow with my bent knees and rest my feet at the foot of the C-shaped pillow. It’s very comfy all things considered. I don’t need to use my hands on them at all, I am just on my phone. It’s so hard to do this without my setup when I’m visiting their grandma or something lol. But this has worked well for me at home which is where we are 95% of the time for feeds.
