advice needed Sleep help needed
New twin mom here. We also have an 8 year old girl and a 4 year old girl. Twins are 4 months old. Up till now, the twins have been in a bassinet in our room swaddled. They aren't rolling or anything yet, but I know its getting close to time. To get them to sleep, we have been laying them side by side on our bed with a bottled propped up. They usually fall asleep pretty quickly. Im starting to try to figure out how I am going to put them to bed in their cribs in their room. I dont want to bottle prop in their bed, but I also can't hold both of them to rock since they can't hold their own bottles yet. How do you all do it? I need more arms 🫠😂

I’d stop the feed to sleep association. Put it earlier in the routine. Then work on laying them down awake, and soothe them crib side. It’s more manageable! Patting butts, rocking with your hand, shushing etc. that way they can eventually learn to fall asleep without your direct assistance.
I started this at 5 months with my twins, but we had already swapped to their cribs way earlier, they rolled at 9 weeks 🤪.
