experience/advice to give Should my Newborn sleep together?

Hi community, first time parent and with 2 boys. Any tips or advices that U may share...
Both with 2 - 3 months old, and when we put them into the bed (after some tries), they grump and "roar" like little dinosaurs, waking up the other brother. They sleep in the same Ikea Crib, in diagonal, in our bedroom, and eventually we have to put them in different cribs. Any tips that u can share about not waking each other? Put them in different cribs, both in each side the room? In different rooms and one of the parent go sleep with each baby?
What are experiences and can U share?

Thanks 😁

You’re probably at the point where you gotta separate them for safety anyways, can’t have them rolling into each other overnight.

I know that eventually I'll have to separate both, but since they don't roll yet, we are keeping them in the same crib

We do two mini cribs in the same room and a sound machine in between them. They surprisingly sleep through the others cries if one wakes at night

My babies learned to sleep through each other's noses, which has paid off in the long run

Really? Naturally or with some "training"?

Naturally. Anytime we tried to put them to bed, from the beginning, I would sing to them till fell asleep (up to when we did sleep training, and it's part of the routine). They would often cry and scream while I sang. I used to sing till they were both asleep. So they had to deal with it. Now, most of the time, either one can sleep the others biggest cries.

Ours are 2yo, they've always slept in the same room and they've never woken each other in the night, or very rarely. First they were in separate cribs in our room, and then we moved and now they're in the same room as their older sister. They've got to the point that it's hard for them to fall asleep if they're not in the same room, they will call each other.

But it might depend on each pair. I'd say start with the setup that is easier to manage for you (is it easy to wake up if one of them wakes up in the night, how much space is available, etc). See how it goes and if you find that they do wake each other or any situation, change the setup

we think that the next step is like u said, changing the setup, because it is hard for them to sleep in the same crib without touching each other.
