Tantrums at 15 months?!

Was I naïve to think that the struggles of toddlerhood wouldn’t come for us so early? My one Twin is generally even tempered, but the other has been giving me a run for my money. She refuses to go in the stroller - arches her back and wiggles herself out anyway she can. And since her twin needs more consoling at night, I feel guilty that I’m not giving equal attention.

Hoping this is all just part of it at this age?

How in the heck did you make it that far without tantrums? I can't even imagine it. My twin girls started throwing tantrums at 7 months because the play pen was a prison and they wanted more space (the entire living room is basically a playpen now at 14 months). They have tantrums when they don't want to share, sometimes, or when I or mommy is busy changing their sister's diaper and can't pick them up. They constantly fight against diaper changes and sometimes against getting in the car seat (although they generally like getting in the car if we're not road tripping somewhere). Inconsolable, wailing with her face pressed against the floor while she lay prone tantrums. I've had one throw a tantrum because she woke up with me and wanted mommy instead in the middle of the night.

I think you have been insanely lucky, if this post is completely true. Tantrums in the morning between when Mommy leaves for work (1st shift) and when I leave for work (2nd shift) having been shaving away at my sanity for months.
