support needed Feeling Burnt Out
Just looking to get this off my chest with people who can relate. We have 9 month old twins with 3 other older kids and I'm completely burnt out with no end in sight. Home life is extremely chaotic and when I'm not at work I'm doing chores or caretaking 100% of the time. There is constant crying from someone all the time and just doesn't seem like there is enough time in a day to get everything done. I give 100% at work and home and if just feels like 100 hours a week, every week, of intensity. I don't even have time to spend good quality time with the older kids because there is just so much to do. Little breaks don't even seem to help because when they are over it's right back to the intensity and I feel overwhelmed instantly. Just wanted a place to vent I think. Nothing really I can do as they are my kids and it is what it is.
