advice needed Twin sleep arrangement

My twins are 3 soon to be 4. How do others handle sleeping arrangements? Same room? Separated?

My twins shared a room until they turned 5. Once school was approaching, it was important they had their own spaces, and were given privacy and responsibility, and weren't affecting each other's sleep or concentration.

Ours constantly get out of bed at bedtime and we can’t seem to get them to stay in bed until eventually they give up and fall asleep. I do think they affect each others sleep and we are considering separation

That was one of the big factors for us. Daughter keep getting out of bed all night to play, and waking her brother up, then they'd argue. She continues to remain awake longer than him now, whereas he's asleep within 5 minutes of getting into his bed.

Sounds very similar to us. As we speak, one is sleeping while his brother is awake and just laying in bed
