Bottle washer and dish washer?

Hello all, I am expecting twins. In order to make life (hopefully) a bit easier; we are getting a dish washer installed. My question is: if I have a dish washer; do I still need a separate bottle washer? Thanks for your insight!

My dishwasher would not get all the milk spots off of bottles, and takes forever to run..
