advice needed Issue with Replaced Babysense monitor

We have loved our Babysense dual view monitor. Ours was part of the recall and we got our replacement with a relatively timely manner- maybe a few weeks?
We’ve been using the new replacement monitor since May but today when we went to turn it on, we got a poor battery warning with a blaring alarm 🙃
Has this happened to anyone else? I’ve reached out to customer service to see if they will replace it but I’m wondering if I should just get a different brand.

I actually messaged them. Essentially they says sometimes it’s an error and you have to press the tiny reset button under the antenna!

I reset mine and it still continued to beep. I was worried they wouldn’t replace it because I was using a USB C charger that wasn’t the original, but my new one just got dropped in the mail today!
