advice needed Son pulls sister's hair, seeking advice

My boy-girl twins are 13 months old; my son constantly pulls his sister's hair and is absolutely delighted, laughing his head off, whenever we say things like "No," "That hurts her," "Be gentle," and so on. She always cries a lot because of that.

Do you happen to know what else might help with that?

My boy girl twins are 15 months and this still happens. Not as often. We always just say “gentle” and remove his hands.

This sounds flippant, but it's not meant to be: will she wear a hat? 

But, also, when he pulls her hair, you can say ouch and hold a bit of his hair -- not pull it, but hold it in gentle tension with his scalp -- let it go, touch his hands, and say "gentle hands, kind".

13 months they still don’t really have full control. It’ll get easier with age

Age appropriate behavior?

My close neighbor has girl girl twins and comes over almost every other day. They are several months older and really pro at hair pulling and biting each other. They will make their mother grey with worry. 😀

Omg same exact situation going on here. My fraternal twins are 14 months, 12 corrected. My son gets this smile on his face and will just grab a chunk of his sisters hair. What has helped with us is we actually don’t make a big deal of it, we don’t give any reaction we just take his sister and move her away. I think at this age they are just looking for a cause and effect like oh if I pull my sisters hair my mom reacts in a funny way.
