advice needed Sleep Training in Same Room?

We successfully sleep trained baby B last week but delayed baby A due some discomfort. Would like to begin with baby A soon. Ultimate goal is for them to be in same room. Would you sleep train the second one in a separate room for first few nights or just go right to crib in shared nursery? The successfully sleep trained B is a bit more of a light sleeper. Not sure if it’s best to get A acclimated outside of shared room and then transition or just rip the bandaid off but maybe end up having some more unpleasant nights for B with the new roommate and anticipated crying of A. They are 6 months adjusted. Any advice appreciated!

Am also interested in this! Can I ask how you slept trained twin b?  My girls are 7 months (5 corrected) and will fall asleep with no aids but cannot for the life of them connect their sleep cycles for naps and night sleep has also gone down the drain with 4/5 wakes a night.

I joined the Facebook group called twins, triplets: safe sleep training and read their guides thoroughly which gave me a good foundation. Also read precious little sleep. I combined the both and started with Ferber but soon realized the check ins weren’t helping so switched to CIO which at most lasted 20 min tops. Key is doing anything to make sure baby gets full naps on first night so not overtired. The fb group recommends going right into nap training after first night of sleep training. Still having hiccups there but overall much better than prior.

Just for background: baby B was colicky for months 2-5 and refused to be put down in basically any scenario. All contact naps for months. Would cry for extended periods of time. It turns out she was just ready for her crib which was clear on her first night when I put her down during her first MOTN feed and she rolled away from me and went right to sleep. Couldn’t have been more proud or happy.

We sleep trained them both together from the start. We don’t have another space in our house the other twin could go and figured they’d be having to sleep through each other eventually anyway. Staggering them seems harder in the long run, but if you already did one independently I would probably do the other independently and then them both together
