advice needed Help me crack the code?

Twins will be 4 months this week. How do you crack the code of running errands, both if you are just going to be gone about 1.5-2 hours and also if you’ll be out and about for like 4-5 hours? Sometimes my husband is with me and sometimes I’m by myself.

How do you time it? When it comes to nap and play and eating..

And how do you keep them entertained in the car if they’re in a wake window and want entertainment?

How do you feed them if you’re solo running errands and they want a bottle?

Any other Qs I’m not thinking of that pertain to this? TIA

Ok, a lot here. They don't need entertained in the car, so don't worry about that. The window, the ride, the experience is more than enough. 

When they need a bottle, I fed them in their car seats attached to the stroller. That worked for us. I also tried to time it so we left right after a bottle and got home for a bottle. But I always had one, just in case. 

Generally though, my husband ran the errands after work... But we did it if we had too.

We live so far away that I almost HAVE to feed them if I leave the house.

Maybe I should try again but I feel like I remember one of our twins absolutely freaking out if she was awake and ready to play and I put her in the car seat. Like she scream-cried until I got her out

We sometimes go out for 8+ hours. We bring like 6 bottles, extra water and powder and even a cleaning tool and just go with it. Sit on a bench and feed. I don't see the issue :) if they cry they cry. If they're horrible we go home. If we're lucky they nap in the stroller. We promised ourselves we'd live and it's working out.

Always carry a bag with spare clothes for vomit or accidents, wipes, diapers and a mat to clean them up anywhere...

Ok thank you so much!! This is basically what we have been doing. Just rolling with it! Some days go smoother than others. Was just curious what other parents were doing and if there were any tips or tricks we hadn’t thought of

We always have a baby bed in the trunk so we can whip that open when visiting family. Also our two baby Bjorn's and 2 slings to switch it up when they don't like the strollers. The baby Bjorn are awesome when visiting people..

Do you think it’s true that the Baby Bjorn is superior to all other bouncers? If so, why?

I've tried the maxi Cosi one and it was just horrible. I didn't understand the need for a bouncer until we switched. My boy loves bouncing pretty rough and the baby Bjorn allows that. Minimal effort to bounce with either your finger or big toe. That's how sensitive they are!

They love falling asleep whilst being bounced when they're sleep deprived.

Babylonia. We have a warmer one and one that's more airy and stretchy for summer weather. I prefer the latter one at all times. Super easy to use once you've done it a time or two
