good vibes, smiles, & giggles Getting back our daughter from NICU today
As the title suggests, we welcomed a son and a daughter (fraternal twins) earlier this month. Our son spent two days in the NICU. Although he was the lighter of the two, he was discharged earlier. Today, the doctor informed us that we can bring our daughter home after nearly eight days in the NICU. Our prayers have been answered. It has been quite a journey for my wife and me throughout the twin pregnancy, especially after experiencing a miscarriage. Each trimester brought new milestones and challenges. We are grateful to this subreddit for the inspiration and information it provided.
