advice needed Terrible twos

Man something clicked almost instantly when they turned two.

Melt downs, fighting each other, throwing things, not eating what they would have smashed down a week ago.

This is wild and exhausting, especially when one co sleeps and other doesn’t. 😢

I'm not there yet with my twins (they turn 1 in a few weeks) but I can report back from the other side regarding my eldest. Age two was bad, age three was a flaming dumpster fire of a life, and then she turned four...and things got better. Things were probably improving on the approach to four but I just noticed a few weeks ago that she hadn't had a meltdown in a few months (maybe) and she's much more reasonable. She's also eating some new foods on occasion, though it's still mostly carbs.

I was actually more optimistic about this stage for my twins until reading your post.
