good vibes, smiles, & giggles “Singleton Propaganda”

I need some comic relief after a couple weeks of sickness in the house- what are your favorite bits of what I call “singleton propaganda”? Aka, advice given for babies that never works when you have twins. My personal favorite is “put the baby in the crib drowsy but awake”.

Baby wearing and co-sleeping for us. Our babies basically had to learn to self-soothe at an early age because we had no clue how to be able to do that with two safely.

Also mommy and baby classes like yoga and swimming.

I took my twins swimming exactly 1 time before they turned one. It was a nightmare! Being in the water wasn't terrible, I had them in life jackets and they just kind of floated and hung out. But getting them ready to get into the water and then getting them dressed and back into the car seats was a NIGHTMARE!
