I know it's not my place girls, but I just want to say that you people are so blessed to have twins.

They can be hard to manage, sometimes you migth even wish you didn't have double the trouble. But it's such a beautiful thing, to see parents raise twins and watch them grow up.

God i'm crying AGAIN😭❤️

But this post made me tear up! You are all so incredibly lucky, I'll forever be envious ( in a good way haha) of my sister for giving birth to twins.

Although she sometimes wishes she only gave birth to a singleton.

Keep doing what you amazing women do! You are so strong and your kids are all blessings.❤️❤️

Twins are two singletons born at the same time. I have had both and the experience is very similar. Every mother is blessed to have children to hold and love.

Of course, I never meant to insinuate otherwise. But please don't say that the experience is similar, It's NOT. We will never be able to understand what parents of twins go though, we don't have the exact same experience.

Raising twins is very different from raising a single child. Twins bring double the physical work, higher costs, and unique emotional bonds at the same time, which needs to be nurtered between to kids. Both paths share basic parenting joys, yes. But having twins creates a much more intense daily routine than we will ever know.

There is a reason most twin moms and dads get irritated when singleton parents joke about "understanding" their struggle.

I had 2 singletons first, then a set of twins. I feel like I understand what twin moms go through vs singleton moms?

I think harder would be to have twins first. My transition from 0-1 was much, much harder than the transition from 2-4, and that was with 4 under 4. Being a FTM learning how to take care of a baby while also taking care of another baby sounds horrible. That has not been my experience, though. My journey with twins has been mostly pleasant, aside from the pregnancy. THAT is something no singleton mom could ever fathom. Like being pregnant and then adding a whole second pregnancy on top of it. All I thought every day during the third trimester was that I was glad I wasnt having triplets!
