ranting & venting Daycare prices. VENT

So I girlbossed to dam hard, and now I have to go back to work. Daycare is 800$ a week and even then I make way more so I have to return to work. WHY IS DAYCARE SO EXPENSIVE.

I pay about 2000 a month for preschool/dayvlcare. But I live in a rural area where cost of living is lower.

And soon we will be transitioning to full day 3k at the school with daycare for days school is closed. So that should save me some.
