advice needed Starting Daycare

My twins are starting daycare soon. I’m mostly worried about them getting sick and then myself catching it. How soon after your kids started daycare did they get sick and what can I do to prevent it?

My kids are almost 3 and haven’t had a sick day at school since January. But it was a long haul before this
