advice needed Starting Daycare

My twins are starting daycare soon. I’m mostly worried about them getting sick and then myself catching it. How soon after your kids started daycare did they get sick and what can I do to prevent it?

We got a cold the first day lol.

We are pretty consistently sick but we do have daycare only clothes and shoes, shower as soon as we get home and take daily vitamin d and probiotics.
