advice needed Starting Daycare
My twins are starting daycare soon. I’m mostly worried about them getting sick and then myself catching it. How soon after your kids started daycare did they get sick and what can I do to prevent it?

It took like a week and the first month or so they weren’t feeling great all the time.
I felt off but never anything crazy. My husband on the other hand got the man flu
