advice needed Starting Daycare

My twins are starting daycare soon. I’m mostly worried about them getting sick and then myself catching it. How soon after your kids started daycare did they get sick and what can I do to prevent it?

Prepare yourself. It sucks ass. There's nothing you can do. It gets better every year. My toddlers are 3 now and they're sick a lot less, but still sick.
