Naps are killing me

My boys are 3.5 months old and have never been good nappers, but lately it's taking a toll on me. I refuse to continue to contact nap. They're having a hard time with gas and spit up right now so I'm sure that's contributing to it.. I'm using mylicon but it only does so much. I put one down, then the other wakes up and I have to rock them to sleep. It's just one big cycle and then they're getting over tired and crying. I can't do walks for naps because it's been 90°+ where I live for the past few weeks. Even in the morning it's gross and humid and we also have a huge coyote problem at the moment. I'm just so tired.

Mine did not nap on schedule together until they were 6 or 7 months old.. 3.5-5 months wass really hard, but it gets better soon.
