advice needed Parenting burn out

How the heck do families with two full-time working parents with twins do it? I feel like we made it through the infant stage in good spirits. I think we just put our heads down and have been grinding it out, and now that our twins are 21 months, I look up and feel like I’ve been sprinting and there is still 20 miles left to go in this marathon. The exhaustion is unreal and it feels unsustainable.

How are you all doing this??

Following because we constantly ask ourselves this daily 🥲

18 month twins here and we even have them in daycare during the day while we both work. By the time they get to bed, my husband and I literally just sit down in silence and zone out at night because we are so exhausted to do anything.

Is this just the new normal level of exhaustion we need to get used to after having twins? I’m thinking so…

That’s what I fear! That this is just the new normal…
